Student Accommodation

Fees and charges for students enrolled at James Cook University (JCU) are as follows:

Weekly Rental	Residential Tenancy leases are available from $270/week for 6 months or longer or $290/week for 3 months.
Rental Bond	A bond equivalent to 4 weeks rent is payable and 2 weeks rent in advance upon commencement of lease.

• Standard application form and other qualifying details are required to be completed and supplied before any rental approval is granted.
• Rental periods are for 3 months or more.
• Rates do not include electricity, telephone or internet.
• Vacate bond cleaning is available and required on departure.
